Dornheim Segmenter is a leading software application for segmentation, labeling, measuring and analysis of arbitrary 3D structures and objects in DICOM files and other volumetric data in various formats. Even the most complex structures can be fast segmented, exported as voxel masks or 3D meshes, and automatically measured and analyzed in many ways using versatile state-of-the-art tools with semi-automatic support.
